Shannamara--A Golf Course Community in Stallings NC
Let me take you on a video tour of a great Charlotte NC neighborhood. Shannamara is a golf course community located in Stallings NC, just outside the small towns of Matthews and Mint Hill. You'll find that Shannamara has a Matthews mailing address.
This 700+ home neighborhood was built by several custom and semi-custom home builders. Shannamara's lots are wooded and range in size from a third acre to over a half acre. Most homes are full brick giving the neighborhood an elegant look.
Shannamara has an active homeowners association. Residents can enjoy a newly expanded and renovated clubhouse, a swimming pool with waterslide and spash pad wading pool, a playground and tennis courts. Homeowners fees are very reasonable because the Divide golf course that winds through the neighborhood is a daily fee course.
Shannamara is conveniently located within two miles of two interchanges with I-485 and two community shopping centers. Nearby Matthews and Mint Hill are great places for community festivals and activities.
Enjoy the tour!

very well done video presentation Carol! I enjoyed watching your tour of Shannamara. Good length video, real video (not just pics) and well done voice-over. kudos! :)
Thanks, Craig! I took your advice and redid the embed without the suggested video. I created this video using Video Pad. The sound on my old camera is terrible so I was able to eliminate the sound and create the voiceover. Video Pad was free for a short time and then the software purchase was under $100. The software was so easy to use even I could do it!
