Farmwood is a large Mint Hill NC neighborhood that was built from the mid-1970s into the 1990s. 
A variety of home styles and large wooded lots characterize the neighborhood. The neighborhood wraps around Pine Lake County Club giving some lots golf course views. There are no homeowners association dues in Farmwood.
