With three I-485 interchanges adjoining the town, Stallings NC is one of the most conveniently located of Union County’s small towns. 
Stallings has a variety of neighborhoods from two golf course communities in the northern part of town to neotraditional neighborhoods where everyone has a front porch to townhome communities.
The number of sales in Stallings increased 71.4% in the second quarter while the median sales price dropped slightly to $194,000. Median days on market more than doubled from April to June 2011.
