Shannamara is a large golf course community in Stallings NC. The neighbo
rhood has a mix of production and custom-built homes built from the 1990s until about 2005. Most of the homes have full brick exteriors or brick fronts. Lot sizes are generous with beautiful wooded backyards and golf course views. Shannamara is located off Stevens Mill Road within a mile or two of two interchanges with I-485. Community shopping and restaurants are nearby.
