The Chimneys of Marvin is a western Union County NC neighborhood where you can find new homes and nearly new homes adjacent to the newest elementary, middle and senior high schools in the county.
The Chimneys of Marvin has a Waxhaw mailing address but is located in unincorporated Union County, not Waxhaw nor Marvin NC. Neighborhood children attend Sandy Ridge Elementary School, Marvin Ridge Middle School and Marvin Ridge High School.
The Chimneys of Marvin has resort-style amenities, including a four thousand square foot clubhouse with a 1500 square foot wrap-around porch. Most of the homes built in the neighborhood in 2010 were new construction. The homes have full brick exteriors with stone and shake accents. Lot sizes range from a third to a half acre.
Construction continues in the neighborhood. There are two sections: The Reserve where base prices begin at $300,000 and The Estates with base prices in the $340,000s. The Chimneys of Marvin is surrounded by the rolling farmland and horse farms of western Union County.
