This is a summary of home sales transactions in Stallings NC in the last month. It includes statistics on closed listings, properties that have gone under contract, and current best buys. Best buys are those properties that have had the greatest price reductions in the past two weeks on a percentage basis.
Properties under contract are the best indicators of the current Stallings NC real estate market as these are properties recently chosen for purchase.
