Legendary Communities, a homebuilder based in Georgia, is opening the final phase of construction in Annandale. Annandale is an Indian Trail NC pool community located off Poplin Road.
Annandale’s resort-style amenities include a pool, cabana, basketball and tennis courts, a playground, nature trails and a dog park.
Legendary Communities will offer two product lines in Annandale. Base prices on 60’ wide lots will range from $179,900 to $213,900. These homes will be approximately 1900 square feet in size to 3000 square feet. Larger homes from approximately 2600 square feet to nearly 4000 square feet will be built on 70’ wide lots. Pricing of the larger homes ranges from $209,900 to $252,900.
Exteriors of the new homes will be craftsman-style with architectural shingles. These homes are designed to fit and complement the styling of the existing homes in Annandale. Two or three car garages will be available with the new homes. Home interiors may be upgraded to include granite countertops and tile backsplashes, open handrails with wrought iron spindles, and hardwood flooring.
