How did the Marvin NC real estate market fare during the third quarter of 2010 and how did it compare with 2009?

The average sales price of homes in Marvin NC dropped dramatically in the third quarter of 2010.  The average price was off 23% from the second quarter of 2010 and off 17% from 2009.  The number of homes sold was up 44% in the third quarter.
