How did the Indian Trail NC real estate market fare in the third quarter of 2010 and how does 2010 market activity compare with 2009?
In the third quarter 2010, the average sales price in Indian Trail NC tumbled 11% from the second quarter 2010 and 13% from the 2009 average sales price. The number of homes sold in the third quarter was a little more than half those sold during the second quarter. There were no townhome or condominium sales in the third quarter. These numbers most likely reflect slower sales after the end of the federal tax credit.
