The Club at Longview is a private, gated enclave where you can find the luxury home of your dreams. The neighborhood is designed around a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course that is consistently rated a top course in Charlotte NC and one of the top courses in North Carolina.
Longview offers a 10,000 sq.ft. Activity Center where the lower level is a state-of-the art fitness center with massage and steam rooms and programming for fitness classes. The Youth Lodge upstairs has space for children’s activities. Parents can leave their children at the Youth Lodge while dining at the clubhouse or playing a round of golf. The Club at Longview is located in unincorporated Union County NC between Weddington NC and Marvin NC. The entrances on Tom Short Road are just minutes from shopping and entertainment centers at Blakeney and Stonecrest in South Charlotte. Interchanges with I-485 are a few miles from the neighborhood for convenient access to employment centers in Charlotte.
The Club at Longview has two neighborhoods in different price points. These neighborhoods are on opposite sides of Tom Short Road and both are gated communities. The larger custom homes are located around the clubhouse and activity center. Homes in this section start in the $1,000,000 range and homeowners must apply for full membership to the Club at Longview. The smaller homes are priced below $1,000,000. Homeowners in this section must apply for social membership at the Club.
Both new and resale homes are available for purchase at Longview. Lots are also available to build custom homes. Some lots at Longview will accommodate basement homes.
