Champion Forest in Wesley Chapel NC—2010 Real Estate Market Update

Where is a great neighborhood to find custom full-brick homes on half acre lots in the Wesley Chapel NC and Waxhaw NC area?  Take a look at Champion Forest off Cuthbertson Road.  Although located within Wesley Chapel, the neighborhood is equidistant from the two small towns.  Wonderful shopping areas and restaurants are available in each of these towns.  Union County’s newest high and middle schools, Cuthbertson Senior and Middle, are within a half mile of Champion Forest.

Built in the early 2000s, Champion Forest homes feature extensive hardwood flooring and beautiful millwork.  The neighborhood has a community pool and a network of walking trails throughout the community.

Champion Forest in Wesley Chapel NC is a small neighborhood of custom homes built between 2004 and 2006.  Ranging in size from from 3000 to 5000 square feet, the homes have full brick exteriors and upscale custom features inside, including wood and tile floors, upgraded kitchen cabinetry and granite countertops, and extensive millwork.  Lots are approximately a half acre in size.

Champion Forest is located along Cuthbertson Road in the Village of Wesley Chapel.   It is just minutes from the new Cuthberton Middle and High School complex.  The neighborhood’s location is half way between the shopping complex at Cureton in Waxhaw NC and the Wesley Chapel Town Center, under development.
