The Club at Longview, also called Longview, is a luxury gated community located in unincorporated Union County between Weddington NC and Marvin NC. 
A Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course, one on the top-rated courses in Charlotte and North Carolina, winds through the neighborhood. A 10,000 square foot activity center provides space for adult and children’s fitness and social activities. The neighborhood’s location near I-485 and shopping at Blakeney and Stonecrest make it a convenient place to live.

Foreclosures and short sales accounted for over 40% of the market in 2010. Thirty five percent of the 2010 market in Longview was new construction with the remaining sales market resales.
