Buckingham in Stallings NC—Homes for Sale and Neighborhood Profile

Buckingham in Stallings NC is a small quiet neighborhood in an area called Stevens Mill.  Located off Lawyers Road just five minutes from an I-485 interchange, Buckingham has convenient access to community shopping at nearby Stevens Mill Crossing where there is a Harris Teeter grocery store, a gas station, a coffee shop and a variety of restaurants.

Buckingham is a neighborhood of moderately priced homes in an area of more expensive neighborhoods.  It lies adjacent to the Emerald Lake Country Club golf course and neighborhood.   Walking trails wind through Buckingham ending at a common area near the golf course.  Another golf course, The Divide, is just minutes away in Shannamara, a second Stevens Mill area country club community.
