A clubhouse and walking trails are available for neighborhood residents.
Construction at the Villas of Sun Valley began in 2006. The neighborhood is nearly finished. Homes range in size from 1800 square feet to nearly 3000 square feet. Exteriors are of maintenance-free vinyl with brick or stone accents on the front. All are ranch-style homes although some have upstairs bonus rooms and guest rooms.
The Villas of Sun Valley have convenient shopping amenities nearby. Sun Valley Commons includes a grocery store, a bank, a coffee shop, and several restaurants. Big box retailers can be found along Highway 74. Mall shopping is available at Monroe Crossing several miles away in Monroe.
