Brightmoor’s homes were built from the mid-1980s through the early 1990s. They are found on lots with wider frontage than in today’s developments so they are surrounded by mature landscaping and have space for wooded backyards. Brightmoor’s early homes are traditional with colonial exteriors and front porches. Later homes in the neighborhood are transitional in nature with open floor plans. You can find ranches or two-story homes in the neighborhood.
The Brightmoor Homeowners Association is active sponsoring neighborhood events and taking care of the community common areas. There are two swimming pools in the neighborhood plus walking trails.
