The 2009 Stallings NC real estate market reflected the market in Charlotte and surrounding areas. Single family average sales prices were down about thirteen percent from 2008, an indication that first time home buyers dominated the marketplace. The 2009 Stallings NC market for condominiums and townhomes was more stable than than the single family market. Prices were off only 5% and there was no change in the number of sales. Time on the market increased for Stallings sellers with days on market up 36% for single family homes and up 98% for condominiums and townhomes.
